On May 17th, Melissa Balkcom, was arrested for throwing a lewd birthday party for her 10-year-old daughter. According to the Citrus County Sheriff, Balkcom performed nude jumping jacks and even prodded one 13-year-old guest - during a game of "Truth or Dare" - to perform oral sex on a bottle during the late-April party. Balkcom, who was charged with lewd and lascivious conduct, faces up to 15 years in prison.
